Lipa cave

One of the Montenegrin’s largest caves – Lipa cave is located in Cetinje and it is the only one open for organised visits. Excursion through the millions of years old cave with 2.5km of passages and halls filled with unique forms of stalagmites and stalactites will be an experience to remember. In 2015 the cave was open for tour visits accompanied with professional guides. Now, you have a chance to walk in the royal footsteps through underground hall as the King Nikola’s associates – international officials were visiting the cave in time of his reign. It is a real adventure for kids as there’s a train tour from the parking to the entrance of the cave.
